Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments, Cancellation Policy:

Our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure that your appointments are managed with the utmost respect for your time and for ours;

  • We require that all cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 5 days in advance of your initial appointment. If you reschedule your appointment 5 or more days in advance, your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment; any less than this notice will result in a $100 late cancel fee, and your deposit will transfer over to your new booking. For touch up appointments, 50% of appointment price will be added to next session if rescheduled with less than 5 days notice.

  • Please note that a maximum of two appointment reschedules will be allowed before your deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay for any future appointment upfront.

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full appointment cost being deducted from your supplied payment method.

  • Cancelling with less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of your appointment price (deposit) being deducted from your supplied payment method.

  • We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment or risk forfeiting it you appointment and having the full cost of appointment charged.  

  • Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable and valid for 6 months from the date of your original booking. A maximum of two appointment reschedules will be allowed before your deposit is forfeited and will need to be paid for again when you re-book.

  • Any sales are for new bookings only, you may not re-book and cancel to receive offer. Sale does not apply to Ombrè brows by Jess. Sale is not in conjunction with any other offer. Sale will be applied to remaining amount at checkout, discount does not apply on deposit.

  • Please note when booking online your card details will be securely saved on file to ensure a seamless checkout process and to protect our business from no-shows / late cancellations.

Brow and Lash Appointments, Cancellation Policy:

  • All brow and lash appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any less notice than this will result in forfeiting your deposit.  Notice less than 2 hours prior, or no-shows will be liable for the full appointment price and will be charge to the card on file.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the full price of the appointment being charged and forfeiting your appointment time. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable, if you do need to change or cancel your appointment with less than 5 days’ notice (for tattoo appointments) or 48 hours’ notice (for brow and lash appointments), your deposit will be forfeited. If you provide sufficient notice to reschedule an appointment, your deposit will be held and applied to your next appointment session.

Training Academy Cancellation Policy:

  • All deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Payment Plans are to be paid off prior to first day of training and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In the event a student withdraws or cancels their enrolment, the student is not eligible for a refund and forfeits all deposits and any payments made.

  • Should a student be directly impacted by a COVID-19, any illness, medical situation, or an event, and cannot attend their scheduled Program, the student will be re-scheduled to another date. Evidence of the circumstance is required. The student is not eligible for a refund.

  • All training Programs are devised for a minimum number of 2-students, and Scarlett Brow Studio reserves the right to postpone or re-schedule a Program to another date if the minimum number of students within the Program is not achieved. Students are not eligible for a refund.

  • We reserves the right to change Program fees, dates, content, campus location or facilitators at its discretion.

  • We reserves the right to record, via video and/or audio, learning sessions for quality assurance purposes and to support students.

  • The information provided by Scarlett Brow Studio is correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

We appreciate that unanticipated situations can arise that may require an appointment to be rescheduled, however, please understand that rescheduling with short notice or cancelling has a detrimental effect on our small business. We have set aside the appropriate amount of time for your service to be completed to a standard that you deserve, and may have turned down other clients so that we can dedicate sufficient time to you. This policy allows us to run on time and respect your time and that of our therapists and other clients.
